Our client is a provider of communications solutions. We are recruiting the Director Finance (m/f) for this new role.

Position

• Some of the main tasks include:
• Reporting, Controlling, Relationship to auditors
• Governance / Compliance
• Risk Management
• Tax / Compliance / Optimization
• Cost Control / invoicing
• Support on optimizing margin - from finance perspective
• Input to commercial teams - from finance perspective
• Systems & processes / quality of information
• Provide leadership and consulting support to country Execs

Profil

• Experience in IT/Telecomuunications Sector required!
• University degree, i.e. in Business Administration or economic scienes
• A minimum of 10 years'' work experience in the management and execution of financial strategies within in a multi-national organisation
• A proven track-record that covers the above-mentioned tasks and responsibilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders
• Excellent leadership skills, strategic capability, sound decision making skills and the ability to execute are key components to ensure success in this position
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills both in German and English are necessary
