Our client is a globally leading information & communication technology solutions provider whom is committed to create maximum value for telecom operators, enterprises and consumers by providing quality services. Our client''s products and solutions are used in more than 140 countries and for our client''s operations in the Czech Republic, we are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer - CFO (m/f).

Position

• Oversee the total finance function in a country 
• Leadership and development of the team (in this case of approximately 15 employees)
• Provide high-quality fiscal management 
• Comply with statutory reporting requirements, ensuring that filing, audit sign-off and other deadlines are met 
• Provide for tax planning and reporting 
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authority, banks, etc. 
• Work with Finance Team members and other internal stakeholders to ensure internal and external compliance with group and division financial accounting policies and guidelines 
• Review monthly KPI performance against budget to identify and communicate issues/risk to management

Profil

• Minimum Bachelor or Masters degree in Finance or equivalent, MBA an advantage 
• 10+ years relevant experience in a similar role (CFO, Senior Business Controller etc.) preferably in a multinational Telecommunication provider and/or consumer technology company 
• Fluent knowledge of English and Czech
• Understanding Czech statutory reporting requirements 
• Understanding and supporting tax provision process
