Fabory has done well internationally and is now present in 15 countries worldwide with more than 140 shops and national sales offices. Fabory’s ambitions for the future are to expand even further, both in shop locations, product range and innovative services.

The position

International clients, such as Siemens, Tata, GE and ArcelorMittal, ask for an international approach. Therefore Fabory has asked YESS to recruit a European Key Accounts Manager to:

  • Lead and manage assigned European Key Account customers to support profitable sales growth and service operations.
  • Prospect new European Key Account customers by ensuring a continuous and strategic management of a new prospect pipeline that drives progress across countries and multiple accounts.
  • Build and execute initiatives that grow Fabory’s share of wallet with assigned European Key Account customers throughout Europe.
  • Work collaboratively with customers and Fabory internal partners to manage account strategy to ensure maximum speed to revenue impact.
  • Take a lead role in working with the European Key Account customer to ensure clear service parameters and expectations are set for both the customer and Fabory internal partners to support profitable customer growth.

Candidate profile

Background and experience:

  • A minimum of 7 years of sales and international key account management experience selling to large, complex and/or multi-site customers.
  • Academic (preferably Master) degree (Business or Economics).
  • Professional attitude and ability to work with all levels externally, as well as internally.
  • Exceptionally strong project management, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language is required, as well as one other foreign language (German or French).
  • Flexible, proactive and creative.
  • Willingness and the ability to travel within Europe is required (approximately 30%).
  • Consistently successful track record.
  • Strong and demonstrated communication skills; empathy, effectively expressing and communicating ideas, both verbal and written.
