Help with your login

To change your profile you first have to log in. For this purpose, you can use the email address and password that you have chosen when you signed on. Also, to log in, your account has to be activated.

Are your planning to change your e-mail provider, but you have not informed Lintberg about this, then you can just login with your old e-mailaddress and subsequently change your e-mailaddress. The next time you login, you can use this address.

In case of an error message

Did you receive the message ‘the filled in e-mailaddress is not known’, please check if your e-mailaddress is spelled correctly. It is also possible that you have not activated your account within the 7 day period. In that case, your account has been deleted from our system and you need to sign in again.

Did you receive the message ‘the filled in password is not valid’, please check if you used the correct password. It is also possible that the Caps Lock function is on. Your password is capital letter sensitive.

Did you receive the message ‘this account is not activated’, then you have to activate your account by means of the link in the e-mail that you received after your application.
