To change your profile you first have to log in. For this purpose, you can use the email address and password that you have chosen when you signed in to Lintberg.
Are your planning to change your e-mail provider, but you have not informed Lintberg about this, then you can just login with your old e-mail address and subsequently change your e-mail address. The next time you login, you can use this address.
If you get to see the message "The filled in e-mail address is not known" then please check if your e-mail address is spelled correctly. It is also possible that you have not activated your account within the 7 day period, in which case your account has been deleted from our database and you are required to sign in again.
If you see the message "The filled in password is not valid", please check if you used the correct password. It is also possible that the CapsLock function is on. Your password is case-sensitive.
If you receive the message "This account is not activated", then you have to activate your account by means of the link in the e-mail that you received after your application.
