Earlier this year we came into contact with Lintberg.nl. A new initiative, a clear approach aimed at the market of top executives. We, Larsen Executive Search in Amsterdam, aim since 2001 on the 100k+ functions in the bigger companies in the Netherlands.
Until now we have not offered our job positions through the internet. After our first conversation with Lintberg we were convinced; we are going to do this. After a first selection of job positions from our portfolio, we uploaded the functions and soon we started receiving reactions in our inbox. And after a few weeks we made a match! A very interesting candidate applied for one of our positions. After a few interviews with us and our client, we eventually made a deal six weeks later. We only could have made this match through Lintberg.nl.
It works: fast, clear and effective. Now we are also going to advertise with Lintberg in print media in combination with 100k+ job positions.

In our profession we search and approach for our clients executives who are not consciously in the market for change because they already have a job in which they are successful.
